Woodland Channel Construction

Construction has begun on the woodland channel project. This project will upgrade and re-align the navigation channel under Bird’s Bridge on Woodland Avenue. Traffic control is set up to maintain two-way traffic through the project with reduced lane widths. Please use caution when travelling through the construction zone. The project is anticipated to be open to boat traffic this spring and fully completed by mid-summer. Please contact tnemmers@fairmont.org with any questions.
