Winnebago Avenue Reconstruction

Winnebago Avenue from TH 15 east to the end of the existing pavement is being reconstructed as part of the City's 2019 Improvement Program. The City's contractor is moving onto the project today. Road closures will be getting set up Thursday with the road being closed at Phase 1 beginning Friday. This project will be completed in phases and the closures and access will be adjusted accordingly. See the traffic control and phasing plans below. Traffic for the industrial park will be directed to 10th Street during the project. The project is expected to continue through November 15th.
